A visit to the neighbors last Friday resulted in experimenting with drinks.
I`m not really a “drinks” person; I prefer my Prosecco plain, but one of the mixed ones turned out to my taste; maybe because it was just so easy to make.
So I`m sharing here with you the recipe for a new Friday night favorite: The Ginger Prosecco.
For one drink you will need:
* 1-2 teaspoons Ginger Syrup
* 2 slices of lime
* Prosecco, dry or extra dry
HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH
Have one or two teaspoons (depending on how sweet you like it) of ginger syrup in a Prosecco glass.
Squeeze the juice out of one lime slice into the glass.
Fill the glass with Prosecco.
Decorate the glass with the second slice of lime.
Serve and enjoy!
Come to think of it, the next time I make this I will add a sprig of rosemary to the glass. I`m sure there are lot`s of other ways to improve or change up this drink.
Use your imagination and let me know what your favorite combo is.
