MENU PLANS

Sometimes it can be a hassle figuring out what to serve the family. Everyday someone asks: “What`s for dinner?”
I have the same problem going on at my house, but I try to avoid it by setting up weekly menu plans.
Sometimes they work perfectly and sometimes I need to improvise during the week, change meals around due to unexpected but most welcome guests or soccer practice or a late meeting. But my plans makes it easier for me to stick to a budget because I know exactly what I need to buy and therefor avoid all the spontaneous shopping and less sweets find their way to my shopping cart.

It´s all in the routine. If you are new to using menu plans then don`t stress yourself with not getting it right the first week.
Like everything else, it takes practice, but once you get into the routine I bet you`ll be happy you gave it a go.

If you create your own menu plans then make about five or six weeks. Save these plans and rotate them.

I will share with you my menu plans here and hope they can be somewhat of an inspiration.
Feel free to adapt them to your likes, allergies and diets.

The pdfs are made for you to download, print out, hang up and use. :)
