PIMP UP YOUR WATER

fruitwater2

As I`m doing these detox weeks, I try to be creative with the 10+ glasses of water I`m drinking a day. So I wanted to share with you some of my favorite combos and hope you will try them whether you`re doing a detox or not – water is always good for you.

This post is also my contribution to this months Food Blogger Challenge.
Julia writes the blog magevennligmat.noand she has challenged the members of the Norwegian FB group Matbloggsentralen to write about non-alcoholic beverages. Further down in this post, you will find links to other participants and their contribution to the challenge. I hope you check them out!

HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH

There is really nothing to this; just cut up the fruit and add to the water with the spices.
These are recipes for pitchers, but of course you can also make smaller servings.
Let the fruit sit in the pitcher for at least 30 minutes before pouring yourself a glass.
You can refill the the pitcher a couple of times, but you should make a fresh pitcher the next day.

Enjoy!

You can pimp up your own water-drinks by adding all your favorite fruits and spices to a glass or pitcher full of water.
Just remember that sometimes less is more. Let the flavors of the fruits shine by not over-spicing.
