Going to bed last night I was feeling good and healthy.
But something happened over night, because she I woke up this morning I was feeling really sick and my throat was so sore.
So what to do?
We`re going on ski-holiday in just a few days and I need to be well for that.
I needed a quick fix for my throat.
Luckily I had all the ingredients at hand for my go-to feel-better tea:
- Fresh ginger
Grate a teaspoon of ginger and press the juice out of one lemon.
Have it in a cup and add a tablespoon of honey.
Pour over hot water and drink while hot.
I`m on my second cup now and I need to go to the store to get more lemons.
But it does really help and I recommend it for those first feelings of a sore throat.
If it does`t get better with in a day or so I will probably have to go to the doctor.
