Fried Mushrooms with Fresh Thyme on Rye Bread

Mushrooms on rye bread is a tasty snack and it`s made in no time.
Add a green salad and/or a few fried potatoes and you have lunch.

This recipe serves 1.

What you need:

* 2 pieces of rye bread
* 3 mushrooms of choice
* 1 teaspoon of freshly plucked Thyme leaves
* Salt & Pepper, to taste
* A little olive oil for pan
* A squeeze of lemon juice

What you do:

Heat up a frying pan.
Slice the mushrooms.
When pan is hot add a little olive oil and the mushrooms.
While the mushrooms are getting golden, pluck the thyme and add it to the pan.
Squeeze a little lemon juice over the mushrooms and mix it all well.
If you have space in the frying pan, add the slices of rye bread and let toast for one minute on each side. Add a little more olive oil if it looks too dry or you wish more olive oil taste.
Take the bread out and place on a serving plate. Place the mushroom mix on top of the bread. Sprinkle Maldon salt and ground pepper over it all.
