- 2 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g butter (room temperature, not melted)
- 15 g baking powder
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 2 mashed bananas
How to make this dish
In a baking bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Mix the cinnamon spice with the mashed bananas and add into the bowl.
Stir well before pouring the batter into a baking pan.
Place in preheated oven 180 c for about 25 minutes.
Let the cake rest and cool of before slicing.
We served it with maple sirup which was delicious.
