My gift to you this week is this five dinners meal plan.
Get the week of to a stress-less start by plotting in what you`re having for dinner every night.
Do all the grocery shopping today to free up time for other activities during the rest of the week.
Is it a plan? YES!

Avocado Carbonara

For this version of carbonara I have used avocado instead of cream and it was a hit at the family dinner table.

Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic and Rosemary Wild Rice Pilaf

This dish is really delicious, and because you bake the chicken in the oven, it will stay juicy and not dry up like chicken breast often tend to do when panfried.

Ovenbaked Salmon with Pesto

You basically just choose what fish you prefer and chop up what ever vegetables you may have in the fridge. Add herbs and spices and like in this recipe, mustard and pesto.

Pumpkin & Mango Soup

It`s spicy, it`s sweet and savory at the same time and one of my all time favorite soups.
I sure hope you enjoy it too.

I found that the Syrian dish called Kafta, which has certain similarities to the nordic meatball, was something I could probably manage to do with the spices I already had in my kitchen. Here is my spin on Kafta.

Bella Bananacake

Dessert during the week?
Of course, you can!
My youngest wanted to bake a cake and since we had a couple of half browned bananas we decided upon a banana cake.

Don't Be Shy. Get In Touch.

If you are interested in working together, send me an inquiry and I`ll will get back to you as soon as I can!
