For this version of carbonara I have used avocado instead of cream and it was a hit at the family dinner table.
This dish is really delicious, and because you bake the chicken in the oven, it will stay juicy and not dry up like chicken breast often tend to do when panfried.
You basically just choose what fish you prefer and chop up what ever vegetables you may have in the fridge. Add herbs and spices and like in this recipe, mustard and pesto.
It`s spicy, it`s sweet and savory at the same time and one of my all time favorite soups.

I found that the Syrian dish called Kafta, which has certain similarities to the nordic meatball, was something I could probably manage to do with the spices I already had in my kitchen. Here is my spin on Kafta.
