Iced coffee may be served already chilled, or poured hot over ice. Because sugar does not dissolve readily into cold liquids, it must be added either directly to the hot base, or to the finished product in the form of syrup. I have no sugar in this recipe but feel free to add the sweetness you like.

What you need:

* 1-2 espresso
* 2 dl ice cubes
* 3 dl milk

What you do:

Have ice cubes, milk and espresso in a blender and mix till it`s smooth.
Serve immediately.
