This is SO delicious!
But you need to pay attention not to burn it because then it`s nothing but ready for the garbage.

What you need:

* 1 ripe mango

What you do:

Cut slices of the mango and place them in a warm frying pan.
Keep temperature a little above middle. leave the slices one-two minutes on each side before flipping over. Keep flipping till they are golden and a little crisp on the outside but still soft on the inside.

This goes perfectly to chicken, pork and fish.
